Jessica Zadjura is the founder of Zadjura Family Law LLC, a Maryland family law practice with offices inAnnapolis and Columbia. She has spent fifteen years working with individuals and families through divorce, custody, and the financial decisions that follow. Her work spans the full range of family law, including litigation, mediation, parent coordination, retirement orders, and estate planning.
She appears regularly in courts across Anne Arundel, Howard, Baltimore, Carroll, Calvert, Charles, and Queen Anne's Counties. Over time, she has developed a particular focus on dispute resolution, including mediation and parent coordination, as tools that can give families more control over their outcomes than litigation typically allows.
Jessica approaches her work with a preference for clarity over reassurance. She believes clients are better served by an honest account of their situation than by optimism that does not hold up. That orientation shapes how she communicates, how she prepares, and how she advises clients at each stage of a case.
She is also an adjunct professor at Anne Arundel Community College, serves as Co-Chair of the MAJ Family Law Section, and is a board member of Impact100 Greater Chesapeake.
