Divorce changes a lot on paper—and leaves a surprising amount unchanged. In this practical, judgment-free workshop, we’ll walk you through what typically updates automatically after a divorce and what still has your ex’s name on it until you intentionally change it. Together, we’ll talk about things like wills, beneficiaries, guardianship choices, and decision-makers so you can understand, in plain language, what needs your attention first. You’ll get a clear, “do this first” order of operations so you’re not trying to sort everything out at once or worrying that you’ve missed something important. We’ll also touch on how to protect kids, how to think about new partners or future relationships, and how to make updates without feeling overwhelmed. There will be space for questions, gentle guidance, and real-life examples that make the legal concepts feel less scary. You’ll leave with a simple, prioritized roadmap you can follow at your own pace. Hosted by Fresh Starts Registry and family law and estate planning attorney Jessica Zadjura of Zadjura Family Law LLC.

Awakening Our Stories is a guided breathwork and storytelling workshop for women navigating change, whether in work, creativity, or identity. Through gentle breathwork, reflective prompts, and guided conversation, this session explores what storytelling feels like when we’re connected to ourselves, and how different it sounds when we’re not. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the voice beneath the noise. Because when the body feels supported, the story knows how to speak. In this session, we’ll cover: 🌿 Gentle breathwork to regulate the nervous system and open space for reflection ✨ The difference between connected and disconnected storytelling 🌀 How the body influences clarity, confidence, and self-expression 🌱 Reflective prompts to help your truest voice emerge (No prior breathwork experience required.) Join us. 🌱 About the Hosts Liz McAvoy Gabriel is a brand strategist and storyteller who helps heart-led women founders grow without losing their roots. Naming What Wants to Grow is a practical educational workshop for anyone naming something new (or refining something that’s grown). Whether you’re launching a business, renaming an offer, or exploring a long-held idea, this session will help you understand the fundamentals so you can approach naming with clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll explore what makes a name strong - strategically, legally, and energetically - and how to move forward without getting stuck in overthinking or perfectionism. This isn’t about finding the cleverest option. It’s about choosing something clear, defensible, and aligned with where you’re headed. Because a name isn’t just a label. It's a portal. In this session, we’ll cover: 🌿 The strategic fundamentals of strong naming ⚖️ Trademark basics and common misconceptions ✨ How to evaluate the names you’re considering 🌱 Practical next steps before you commit (This workshop is educational in nature and does not constitute legal advice.) This is for the founder who: Is naming a new business, offer, program, or podcast Is considering a new name for an existing experience Feels stuck between too many naming options Hopes to understand trademark basics before committing Wants to avoid costly legal mistakes later Is ready to plant something new this spring Join us. 🌱 About the Hosts Liz McAvoy Gabriel is a brand strategist and storyteller who helps heart-led women founders grow without losing their roots.
