Hilarey started her career producing television programs for cable networks including Discovery, National Geographic, and HGTV. After meeting her husband, Brian, she left production to join him in building a restaurant and bar business first in DC, then expanding to Annapolis. As a Sommelier, she oversees the wine programs, events, marketing, and community outreach for all three locations. Passionate about hospitality, Hilarey loves sharing great food and wine experiences with guests. As a proud wife and mom, she's dedicated to making everyone feel at home at her businesses.
